For the most part it worked fine. However, now it does not hold a charge. It does have decent sound quality, it definitely was a benefit, but now it is not holding a charge. I should say, it cannot be charged. The battery is low, however I have used multiple chargers to try and re-charge the radio. None of them have worked. Even the charger that I have been using for the past year does not charge it anymore. However, these chargers do work on other items. I will not be purchasing a Nother one of these radios, I will be looking for a different brand. I also recommend you not to purchase this radio as well. This is in addition to my earlier review. I have changed my previous rating from 3 stars, to 5 stars. Once the seller saw my problem with my old speaker, they promptly replaced the speaker at no cost to me. Not only did they replace the speaker, they reached out to me, I did not need to contact them. They replaced my speaker with a newer version. The new speaker has features that the old speaker did not. The new speaker has better sound, it also has a preset feature, and a scan feature. They are definitely a company that stands behind their products, and Customer Service, 110%. I bought it in May this is now two months later and it will not take a charge.
