I got a Medium and it is perfect. The sleeves are nice and long, the bottom edge falls at mid-hip on me. It is neither too loose nor too tight. It is a lighter weight which I like for wearing under other shirts since it isn't bulky. **Q: Does the shirt fit snuggly on the arms as pictured? When wearing under a short sleeve top I don't want the arms to be loose.** A: I found it to be snug and comfortable. I wear it under another tee shirt as well as under a scrub top with no issue. It is also very giving when working easily stretching as I stretch and bend around clients during care. My complaint with this item is the same as many women’s shirts, the neck is not as snug as I would expect a crew neck to be. It is annoying to me that most scrub tops have a v neck and this is not much higher than that. It is not a scoop neck though, either, so I thought overall well worth the money.
