I purchased 2x 2TB 5400RPM SATA III drives, and received 2x 2TB 7200 RPM SATA II drives. Their customer support responded to me within 2 hours and offered a portion of the cost refunded or a replacement. I chose the refund, but appreciated the quick reply and options available. Regardless, these drives look to be operating well, and are much quieter than other drives I've received from the same company.
