To use water transfers; 1. paint your nails if required & allow to dry. 2. put the water decal sheet into a bowl of water. 3. the decals will come loose from the backing after 40-60 seconds. 4. when easily removable from the backing paper pick up a decal with tweezers & position on the nail. 5. when you have completed the nail leave to dry for 2-4 minutes & seal by applying 2 coats of good quality clear top coat nail varnish.
