A: Hello, it is made with organic chickpea that has gone through fermentation. All of our nutritional information are reviewed by a certified third party institution.

A: Never tried it. I used it in savory dishes like soups.

**Q: How do you make it?**
A: For one serving, simply add 2 tbsp of the Chickpea Miso powder with a cup of hot water.  Feel free to add tofu, vegetables and herbs such as spinach or scallions.  There are endless possibilities.

**Q: Which Miso makes the best soup?**
A: I use the chickpea miso because it’s the only one I’ve found that isn’t made from soy.

So convenient! Mediocre, but acquired taste. I have many dietary restrictions, so it makes traveling hard when you're in the middle of nowhere. So this is great to mix with a cup of hot water. Must love the miso taste to enjoy this.
