Included a couple spare bolts and tiny pieces, which is always nice. I wish they made a 60"x30", but am still very happy with the 60x27. I was extremely excited and went right to work at putting my new desk together. After about 1.5 hours of assembly, all that was left to turn it on. As I attempted to reset the handset, I was met with a message, "Error 08".After searching through their incredibly unhelpful website for a solution to no avail, I decided to contact them. You can imagine my frustration after calling them only to hear a recorded message stating that they were too busy to accept calls and to send an email instead.I sent an email immediately (>24 hrs ago) and have yet to get a response.
