For some reason, the liquid isn't kept into the bottle, so it leaks out of the sides of the lid every time I use it. Not while squeezing the product out, but after turning it right side up and leaving it until the next use. Every time I go to use it, the bottle is coated on one side with shampoo. Otherwise, it smells lovely, and I love that Pacifica uses mostly "clean" ingredients.
