Kind of deceptive. You can't tell what is in it because the picture is blurry. They don't answer any questions.The active is that fowl smelling neem oil and it stinks everything up for days. This is only suitable for outdoor use. Its been around in India for 1,000 years and has had only a limited market here in the US in spite of heavy marketing for the last 30 years.
