I've been called weird before, and that's fine, but I like kipper snacks (herring) and sardines. This stuff tastes even better. Since starting this supplement in Feb, my vitals have improved. BP has lowered into a more normal range and Vitamin D has increased. Pulse is more stable and less subject to fluctuations. I feel like taking this supplement has improved my mood, digestive tract functioning, and increased skin condition. It has a bunch of Vitamin D, even more than the cod liver oil. It also has about 1800ug of Vitamin A per 2mL dose.
