The instruction manual is easy to follow and states, "If you need any assistance or missing parts, please email me at ..... <>.....I've tried to email twice with NO RESPONSE!!! In my case, i need a door to the fire box. Can't use it without a door!!!! So, i'll be making my own i guess....I would stay away from this only due to the fact that the Company will not respond.
