I wouldn't say the date is set in stone though as it's a Best Before not an expiry. Earlier this year I purchased a few multipacks (from a different seller) of the usual 6x10 piece packets which were BB May 21 (this was pointed out in the description and they were cheap! Lol) and, aside from a slight discolouration and a softer texture, the flavour was still there.
