Purchased 8 sets of dark grey for my large picture windows 52x95. If watching daytime tv, we have to draw a few closed and the dark color reduces any glare or reflections on the tv, so much better than light colors that we had. They block light 100%. I washed in hot water with low spin and medium in dryer. Medium high in the dryer would probably work to remove nearly all packing wrinkles but my dryer won't go higher than medium. So I did have to iron the folds, but they look fabulous and do the job. They are not perfect as the hems are not perfectly straight but it's not noticeable once hung. If you're OCD then maybe not for you. They hang so very nicely, soft and narrow which provides beautiful columns of color and they stay out of the way when open. Excellent for a remarkably low price AND they came next day.
