I always open disks immediately when they arrive just in case they are damaged in the post. In its case, dirty and scratched. Bad garage sale condition. It's clearly a return and rewrap. My nearest UPS drop off is 75 miles away. It's not worth the trouble of returning. Rip off. I hope yours arrives in better shape. ---- The Anime is great. I've seen it before and wanted a copy. It's a beautiful story. The animation is gorgeous. I can't recommend it enough. I just had a bad experience here. The quality and caliber of the animation and artwork for an anime series is phenomenal, Kyoto Animation really went above and beyond. They put so much care into ensuring the end result was always breathtaking every episode. Now, as for the collectors edition, I LOVE IT! The sketches on the Blu-ray cases are fantastic, and the included art book is super cool. You also get some stamps and post cards with art from the show as well. I love this CE and I've already pre-ordered the CE of The Movie as well. I also own the Limited Edition of the previous movie, Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll. FOR AMERICAN PURCHASERS- Please be aware that this is a UK import and that means the blu-ray disc themselves are region locked (Region B specifically).
