On the first load, we tried using the same amount (reservoir ~3/4 full) as we would for the green box brand name stuff. This proved to be way too much, and left a powdery/gritty film. Since then, we’ve used about half the amount, and the results have been much better. I like that there is no smell. The perfumed kind makes me nauseous. Overall, this seems to be a good value since so little needs to be used.
