I’ve been using this in combination with rosemary oil to prevent shedding so my hair can grow longer and it’s made an enormous difference. I have a lot of hair and shed quite a bit normally,. There is almost no hair in my drain now and my hair has gotten longer in the 3 months I’ve been using it. Before this, my hair was growing consistently and faster than the average person, but shedding fast so it took forever to see a noticeable difference in length. I also take Pure Encapsulations MSM powder but I’ve been taking that for a while.

It absolutely works for me to grow hair, reduce hair fall and makes my skin soft. This is my 3rd bottle and I would recommend to anyone who is having hair issues. I see the most noticeable benefits there. I tried cutting down the dose for about 1 month to every other day and when I went back to everyday, I realized that it was helping my skin a bit more than I thought. But the reduced hair fall was still there even on n every other day dosing schedule. It's just more effective when taken everyday.
