I purchased mine and the switch to rotate the images was stuck. So instead of the option of four different dogs, you were stuck with the one. Couldn’t get it to budge. Plus, there was a weird film on the screen which made it difficult to see the numbers. So I returned it and purchased another one-thinking maybe I got a lemon. Same exact problem with the switch!!! I’m returning both of them and getting a different brand all together. You can set the alarm, but it never goes off.2) the clock numbers and dog picture are at different angles3) the coloration is not spot on. For example, the dark brown of the ear overflows to the back of the head a little.I am exchanging the item in hopes for a new one that works properly.
