However, I ordered two and both were missing the same part. However, I would recommend buying two of these, and returning one after the install, as both packages I received were missing one of the two mount plates.Now that it is installed, and I have all the parts (no extra cost to me), it works great! However, it was a huge inconvenience to have it half installed, just to realize there were missing parts. Then to receive the replacement item, and still have missing parts was baffling.
