Can an umbrella, small toiletry bag, wallet and a couple other miscellaneous items fit in thia bag?** A: Don't know why not. I put Big Skinney wallet, Kindle Fire 7", portable charger, Tote umbrella, keys, datebook, lipstick, meds, nylon brush, keys, sunglasses and still had space unused! This carries a ton of stuff and is still lighter than any other purse I own, Have RA and eeded a lighter bag. Only thing I'd question is color. Bought khaki and it's more like gold. **Q: When someone posts a question they want an actual answer. Why do some people think saying I don't know is helpful?** A: Maybe they can't answer the question. My past experience has been that some of questions posted were ridiculous. I personally couldn't answer the question , and I stated it. If someone asks if an article they would like to purchase, or has purchased and wants to know how it holds up..sure, I can give you an answer. The handbag that was listed with your question didn't work for me and I returned it. **Q: Will it fit my moblity folded cane its 13.5 inches. I need a bag to put my cane away ?** A: The length in the inside part of the purse is 13 1/2 inches. I'm not sure you could put your cane in it without a struggle to cram it to where it would stay in the purse. Now, to maybe put it in with one side of your cane partially sticking up out of the purse..my opinion.. it would work fine. Plus that might make it easier for you to get it out, when you needed it. Can you adjust it to a shorter, under your arm bag?** A: I have it at its shortest length and carry it over my shoulder. It is still pretty long and only a few inches more it wears cross-body.
