It is good for any temp so you are good to go. I have used it on driveway and for cracks in basement floor. **Q: Is this paintable?** A: Yes **Q: Does it produce strong smells, fumes? I need to apply on holes and uneven setting on indoor apt ceiling. Would it set properly or is the product runny** A: No smell but I don't know about applying it on a ceiling! **Q: Do I need a tool to push filler into crack?** A: This was used to fill cracks in our basement floor. We used a tool to smooth it, but not to force it into the crack, which is great if you can do that.
