**Q: are these beans oily? Can it be used in coffee machine without clogging it?**
A: They won't clog a coffee machine, unless you're talking about a super-automatic. They have some oil on the beans but not on the level of, say, Starbucks french roast or espresso. You're grinder should do fine too.

**Q: What does full city roasted mean?  Is this closer to dark roast, medium roast, or what?**
A: Full City roast is between medium and dark roast.

This is what coffee tastes like in Vietnam, especially if you make it properly with a phin: smooth, chocolatey, and delicious, but without any artificial flavors (be on the lookout for artificial flavors in many instant "Vietnamese" coffees). This is by far the best I've tasted.
