## Description

Known as the Dovetail Saw in the USA, this is originally designed for the "Gentleman" woodworker (known as a Gents Saw in the UK), this smaller handled saw is a variety of Dovetail Saw. The perfect partner to the Pax Dovetail, Hand and Tenon Saws, the classic Gent's Saws are made for dovetail applications and are still a very popular seller today. These are available in a range of sizes to compliment your work. The saw has a brightly polished brass back and a Walnut handle. Individually blister packed. 20tpi as standard.

A) 10" is absurdly long and I didn't realize it until I opened the package, laughing.B) I decided to try it anyway, because returning and rebuying things is non-ideal. It's covered in thick lacquer which made it sticky, not exactly slicing through fine cuts in soft yellow pine.I'll try the 8" if I feel the need again. Genuine PAX saws are too expensive for me.
