It took a while online with customer assistance for them to get it thru my thick head. "Prime" is 2nd day shipping, but it may take several days for the seller to process the order before the item is shipped 2nd day. In general, 4 days to process the order plus 2nd day shipping = 1 week to delivery. I don't know what the situation is for this product, but I expect this is the case.
