Everything went well. Lock works great. Key works great(three keys come with it). The latch is easily adjustable for the two common door lock backset spacing. The locking tab on the inside of the door can be set to either be locked or unlocked when vertical and visa versa. Just look inside the inside handle and hold the flange while rotating the knob to the way you want the tab to be oriented. I think the poor reviews were based upon operator error. The latch has the standard anti lock picking mechanism so a credit card can’t open the door.
