Went ahead and bought it and when it arrived well packaged and protected I was soooo glad I did. The colors are muted and bring in the burgundy and green I'd chosen for the sofas and drapes to life. It is soft in texture or my dogs wouldn't deign to lay on it and easy to keep clean. I live in the mountains and there isn't a day someone isn't leaving foot/paw prints etc. on the rugs. Hit it with the vacuum and when one of my cats got sick on it a little Resolve and it was gone. I ordered another rug from this seller for my bedroom re-do and it was just as nice. The rug stays in place. The drawback I suppose is this type of backing doesn't last a long time, but I should get years of wear from it, and at the price still a bargain. The rug is a very good quality and will be easy to vacuum and clean with my Bissell carpet cleaner. I won't attempt to wash in a washing machine with this type of backing but perhaps I could, but I've found this style of rug is best cleaned as I mentioned. The colors are bright and colorful and I really like the pattern.
