I put it away and moved on to another project thinking that this wouldn't work. Today I decided to get out the UV lamp that I use with UV resin to see what would happen. After charging it for just 30 seconds under the UV lamp I got a very bright, very very WHITE glow that was bright enough I could easily read with it. After an hour it started to take on a blue cast as the glow dimmed but after three hours it was still visibly glowing. Review: Glows bright under my led uv lamp. Very white and fades to aqua color. It must be clear when dry or the dye of the paint will cover the color change properties and nothing will happen. Hope this helps. Regards Glomania. **Q: If i mix this with white mica powder to have white resin in the light will it still glow in the dark?** A: If the white mica powder is added to a medium of sorts as long as it does not leach and is encapsulated it should not effect or cover the glow in the dark crystals, stopping them from charging and emitting their glow **Q: How much additive do I need for 2 quarts of latex eggshell paint?** A: Unfortunately any colored latex paint will NOT work with Glow in the dark pigment as the dye structure of the latex will encompass the crystals and inhibit them from charging and discharging.
