It’s a lovely golden colour and comes wrapped in gold paper. The flavour is quite strong; fruity and quite peppery. Personally I find it a bit too harsh compared to good quality (by that I mean expensive stuff like Iliada) Greek olive oil which suits my taste better.That said this is a quality oil and works well for dipping with balsamic. It’s also works well roasting veg and looks good too due to that lovely colour.All in all it’s a good product, although for me I’m going to stick to Greek oils going forwards.
