It is not a gel-like glitter that is only at the top of the palette & that can look tacky. This powder is very rich and stays on my eyes all day. I use this almost every single day. The lighter colors are less dramatic and can be for everyday use. The darker ones can be used to create a smokey eye. This is the second time I have bought this palette because it is the best all day shimmer I have found for this price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ above expectations *by F***A on January 11, 2021* This palette was a low price and the colors look kind of close together in shade in the picture but the real thing is much nicer than the pictures! First off the shimmer is just right. Not too shiny and not matte and the glitter doesn't get in your eyes or flake. The colors stay on and move well on your lids and are each a different shade without being completely crazy. It's great stuff, just be aware of what you are looking for so you get the right thing.
