Great chewy consistency and wonderful taste *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 10, 2016* First let me mention that I am NOT on a gluten free or paleo diet. My dietary practices lean towards lo carb (when I am actively working at being healthy - cutting carbs is when I feel my best physically and mentally and when I have the most energy). When I am rigid in my adherence to a lo carb lifestyle I don't crave sweets at all. You could put any sugary treat in front of me and it wont register. When I am less than rigid I do crave sweets so I look for things that have a lower carbohydrate count. That's how I found Krave the Krunch last week at a local grocery and returned here to amazon to see if I could get some more.So, now that you have my background I can say that I am not endorsing these from the point of view of a gluten free or a paleo person but rather someone who wanted something sweet and found this. I think it is delicious. I love that they form clusters because I am not looking to sprinkle it in my food. I want to eat pieces and pieces is what I get in this bag. Different sized pieces and some crumbles. Perfect for what I wanted. I think they are misnamed, however because these don't "krunch" per se, but rather are chewy and nutty at the same time. Personally I like a slightly chewy piece over a crunchy piece.BOTTOM LINE: So there you have it from a non paleo, non gluten free person who just plain likes the taste and the consistency. If I get sick of this or find that it is totally throwing off my lo carb plans I will post an update.
