I was expecting this box to be for child size portions but it is great for adults too. My favorite part of the box is the leakproof cylinder in the middle that I use to store dips. I have put my entree in the large compartment, snacks in the smaller too, and a dip in the center, and never had any of the food fall in to any of the other compartments within the box. The only downside is it is a little hard to open. I am hoping this becomes easier to open through time, but it also may be the reason the food is not able to move around inside the box.
