I am pleasantly pleased with this purchase. ### ⭐ Do Not Waste Your Time and Money, Just Buy New *by C***N on April 13, 2026* I purchased this Nest Thermostat thinking I could get a refurbished unit for a discounted price and it would be great. I installed the thermostat and verified all the wiring was correct. The fan and heat turned on just fine when called, although the cooling was not turning on when the thermostat is set to cool. I troubleshooted for a few hours to find the issue discover a failed internal relay in the thermostat. I also found a covered up sticker on the original Nest packaging that says "SEND TO ELECTRONIC RECYCLING" so clearly this unit had issues at some point, who knows if it was ever properly fixed before resold.
