Have been using it for several weeks now, and so far no major complaints. But, I would like to mention several minor issues I did notice during assembly and initial first use. First, the display ONLY registers speed and distance in KILOMETERS, not MILES-PER-HOUR as I feel it should for the American market. And there is no way to change it. There is a small letter "K" on the left side of the display that indicates this. During assembly, several of the screws and washers are mislabeled between the manual and the actual parts. Such as, the manual says use part #51, but the actual part is labeled as part #61 in the kit. The screws to attach the display are already screwed into the back of the display unit. The manual suggests these screws are separate from the display unit and located somewhere else in the kit. They are not. The seat is VERY HARD and a bit of an awkward design. Men may find it particularly uncomfortable the longer they ride. My bike arrived with damage to the foam padding on the handle bars, as well as a large paint chip on the left handle bar. See pictures. I contacted the company about it, but so far no response as to getting replacements. It took about half a day to assemble the bike, but do yourself a favor and use real tools to assemble the bike. Such as a deep socket metric set, and a real Phillips screw driver and Allen wrenches. The tools that come with the kit suck. I got passed that. The right pedal/rods immediately started squeaking with the first use and it felt kind of clunky. I sprayed a little TD-40 on it and that seemed to take care of it. The next day, during my second use, it started squeaking again and, within 10 minutes, the rod completely snapped off! Smh...I called Marcy. They were not help. I called Amazon and set up a return/refund. Amazon was great.
