I ordered the Beadstone Beading Pro Pack for what I would thought would be a "starter kit" for beading/jewelry tools. The reviews were positive and the price for the comprehensive kit seemed like a very good value. Surprise 1: When I received my kit, there was a thank you note from the company that included an actual address to communicate directly with them. If you have ever tried to communicate with anyone about an order via Amazon, you know it's not an easy process. Surprise 2: it was a nicely packaged kit BUT it was missing a tool. Alright, not great but I emailed The Beadstone Team (from the note) asking if I could get the missing tool from them or if I had to deal with Amazon. It was Sunday so I thought it would be a couple of days (if ever) until I would heard a response. Surprise 3: within an hour - someone responded. And kindly. They asked me to send the order info and a picture to figure out what tool I was missing. Surprise 4: By the end of the week, I had a complete kit. Surprise 5: Renewed confidence in exceptional customer service. As we all know, sometimes "stuff happens". It's what you do about it that makes The Difference. Thank you to the Beadstone Team.  PS I haven't fully used my Kit but will update this review once I have. My initial thoughts: delivered on my expectation of a "starter" or beginner kit. I was looking for the fundamental tools to do simple repairs for my own jewlery and explore and interest in beading/jewlery making without a huge investment. The tools are smaller so they fit comfortably in my hands and are solidly made. The sampling of jewelry supplies provide the basics to repair and play for a beginner like myself. Looking forward to do more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality and good durability so far *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 4, 2021* I'm using this set to bend wire for scale RC accessories and my wife uses the set for earring and keychains, so this set is seeing double usage. The wire I'm using is quite a bit thicker and stiffer than jewelry wire, but the tools are holding up great after about 6 weeks of hard use.I was worried that the jaws of the pliers wouldn't meet up flush, or would have a rough edge, but our set is perfect. The surface finish on the round nose plyers is just rough enough to help keep wire from slipping, but not so rough that it mars the wires finish. The rubber grips are staying in place fine too. The wire cutter cuts the stiff wire I'm using pretty easily and doesn't look worn after a couple hundred cuts.The only problem I can (maybe) foresee is the elastic holding the plyers and cutter stretching and becoming loose. I always put the tools back in the case after use, so even though it's only been 6 weeks, they've been taken out and put away quite a few times already.Overall, we're both very happy with this set. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If overwhelmed by tool kit options, go with this kit! *by S***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 6, 2019* Ive had this kit for over a month now and I have to say I am so very pleased with it! The tools are very good quality, all line up, hold well, cut well, nice grip and the jewelry pieces that came with are beautifully shiny silver and work well with the pieces I've made so far. I've been able to pack my tools and fit my stones in the case too and it fits/firmly holds its shape nicely with room to spare in my purse/bag so while in doctors' waiting rooms, I can continue working on my pieces! ive actually used every piece in the kit and it's made the process easier because of it (the measure-er, &blade cutter I didn't think I'd use, but alas!) Oh, I also can fit a chapstick tube in (I use that for quick average size ring making) so overall I am completely satisfied with this took kit, I spent some time looking at which ones to purchase beforehand and felt a bit overwhelmed with so many options/tools but I'm very happy I chose this one as the reviews I've seen for other kits scared/worried me, but this kit seemed to have good reviews, and now I'm one of them aha, I just started out wire wrapping a few months ago, so I'm not a huge expert, but I think this will be my go to tool kit if ever I need to renew it!
