He puts his sandwich. Breakfast sandwich. A v8. 2 soda waters. An energy drink. An ice pack. Some jurkey and nuts. And maybe two other small items. The space is amazing. The material is holding up. There are two pockets on each side. They are solid and not netted. You could store stuff like small parts or a bottled water.
