Has all the bolts/clamps/accessories to mount it. Had to drill 1 hole to secure the bracket that holds the cold air intake in place with the angle bracket. Just have a 1/2" or 9/16" metal drill bit and drill when installing if the factory holes don't lune up. Easy to do though. Dont bother, restricts air flow, really lugs down low rpms and kills gas mileage. Go with a name brand that comes with at least a generic tune option.
