Make sure you follow the instructions that comes with the case to setup the keyboard with tablet. It has to be fully charged to program it to the tablet. It looks like a mini laptop and serves its purpose for my middle school son. The keyboard connects to the case like a magnet. I do not like the little magnetic flap to close the case.
