Got this via USPS priority today--super fast shipping!  It's in perfect shape, and full working order.  It seems to be a quality item, just like the kind we used in EMT class training as a US Air Force medic last year.  100% latex free, and packaged well in a resealable plastic bag and individually sealed plastic bags for the mask, reservoir bag, and oxygen tube.  Also includes (somewhat poorly translated--made in Taiwan) instruction sheet.

This is the exact model we used in my First Responder training this year, and I was glad to find it on Amazon at such a good price.  Although I'm sure you should use a pediatric model on children, I was shown in my class that you can collapse the ends of the "football" and reduce the volume of air being pushed by about 3/4, making it a pediatric model if you are not equipped with one.  It also comes with a mask with an oxygen hookup, a length of oxygen tubing and a clear plastic oxygen valve of some kind.  I'm very excited to hopefully never use this on my patrols.

A more sanitary method of life support equipment to save family members and strangers suffering a life threatening event. No greater gift could be given to another human. Sometimes, only seconds or minutes of response can make a different ntil medical aid arrives. Also, a home computerized refibrillation unit was purchased. So forego the big screen TV until life saving preparation is secured.
