The best rear light for FJ

These lights look great and gives my FJ a modern look. The sequential turn signal looks good. And it has an animation each time you turn on your lights. Read my review to know everything to expect when installing them.My kit did not come with instructions but you can message the seller to send you them.These lights are truly plug and play at least if you have a US spec model. The kit does come with some extra black and white wires but you can just ignore those and save them for another project. If you are planning on installing these yourself you are going to make sure you have a screw driver and a DEEP 10mm socket wrench. You will need the screw drive to disassemble some paneling to get to the bolts that hold the tail lights in and you will need the deep 10mm wrench your get your old lights off or it will be a very difficult job. I highly recommend going on youtube and looking up how to remove your old taillight housings. Getting to the bolts that hold on the lights is the hardest part of this whole install but once you get them off you just pop off your old lights and pop in the new ones. There are three bulb connecters on each light so you just remove the old bulbs, pop in the new led connectors and you are good to go. It does matter which way you plug in the connectors so make sure you line the positive wires up when you plug stuff in. Your FJ will tell you if you plugged stuff up wrong by flashing the lights really quickly. If its plugged in wrong just flip the connector that might be wrong and try again.All in all the lights are working just as well as the old ones and hopefully they stay that way.

Easy hook up, for a 2007 FJ. They look amazing and worth the purchase.BUT!!! They do fog up, and from what I was told, when I contacted the company. They said it’s normal blow dryer or sunlight drys them out, Car washes can cause it, but I didn’t go through any car washes. Woke up going to work and noticed fog inside the lenses. They do dry out. But will that eventually haze the inside of the taillight’s. Guess only time will tell.

Love these and yes I'm lucky where my son and husband are experienced mechanics to install them.I can assure you the lights are twice as brighter then the original equipment.Con:Screw on driver side was a little to long and easy fix by cutting it off.Glad I purchased them.
