**Q: does the orange child size have a chest strap and crotch strap?**
A: It is not an acceptable life vest, as it is very flimsy.  I bought two of them, then returned the same.

**Q: What is the manufacturer date?**
A: I couldn’t find a manufactured date. They are made in China but say in print coast guard approved.

**Q: Are the life jackets in the adult 4 pack large or extra large**
A: Even if they say XLarge, I think they run a bit small but they worked for us.

**Q: Are these us coast guard approved/compliant?**
A: YES
