I will say that I bought the small because I was buying for my 4 month old that weighs 13 lbs but upon reading your question thought I would try on my 25 lb 2 year old and it also fits her. He’s right at 28 pounds. I was worried I might need to size up since the weight limit is 30 pounds. Sorry my picture is a little blurry, but he was trying to take it off when I put it on him. It fits him perfect. We should be able to get. I would say at least the rest of the summer with this vest. I feel like the price point is acceptable for being a Coast Guard approved jacket.
