Your coworkers will smell the sandalwood. The unscented is very bland with an odd wax sort of scent. If you can find a larger tin or reuse your tins. Slowly double boil a scented and the u scented balms in to one. (Yes you have to buy one of each) The combination of scented and unscented is perfect. Not too strong but still pleasant. The balm itself spreads through the beard very nicely and keeps shape well. It tames morning beard with no problems. I straighten my beard as well as my mustache with it. Over all the products are great. Especially once you make your own combination of the two.
