I was skeptical and didn't hold out much hope...but....they worked!!!!! We both had a great night's sleep, I did not feel groggy or lethargic the next day which is great for me as I also have an underactive thyroid. Now after a few nights I can honestly say that we are converted....no more prescribed night meds!I have also noticed that I do not get continual hunger pangs or blood sugar drops during the day either. They do exactly what they are meant to do. I take 2 at night with a glass of camomile tea and half an hour later I am asleep and I stay that way for at least 6 to 7 hours, which is unusual for me as I suffer from fibromyalgia and have high anxiety and depression. My nights are usually broken and I am tired all day long but these tablets which are easy to swallow and have no taste have eased my anxiety and I have more energy during the day and I do feel happier, maybe its because I am getting the proper rem sleep I have definitely needed. I am buying more as you get a months worth in every bottle. They work better than my prescribed night meds which took me hours to drop off to sleep and only last an hour and I am awake.
