For reference, those little water bottles you give to kids at a field day, that’s the same size. The consistency is super runny, which is honestly not ideal for any condiment. And there is an aftertaste… it tastes slightly like aspertame or sweet and low (?) something artificial that throws the whole thing off. I am putting it in the fridge post-opening to see if that helps with the consistency and the taste— hopefully if it’s thicker, I can mix it up better? I don’t know? I’m trying to get my $15 worth. I read some of the other reviews before buying this product and I was surprised by the negativity. I'm on a very low calorie diet with the goal of getting to a low single digit body fat percentage. If you are offended by a "processed" taste don't buy the product. Why would you ever buy a cheese sauce that is 10 calories per serving and expect it to taste like regular cheese sauce (one of the most calorical dessert food items). If you are dieting down buy this product.
