## Overview

The Blood Rage Mystics of Midgard Expansion introduces 10 powerful warrior-shamans with unique abilities, a fresh game mode, and highly detailed miniatures. Designed for 2-4 players aged 14+, it deepens strategic gameplay by allowing clans to recruit mystics who invade without Rage cost. This expansion requires the base Blood Rage game and significantly enhances the immersive Norse mythology experience with new tactical layers and collectible figures.

## Description

Mystics are special units (neither Warrior nor monster) that players can only employ once they have given their Clan one of the mystic Clan upgrades. Each of these Clan upgrades adds 1 mystic figure to your clans reserves, which you can then use to invade and battle normally. All Mystics have STR 2 and the special ability that allows them to invade at no Rage cost. Clans are only able to recruit a maximum of 2 Mystics. Besides adding Mystics to your reserves, each of these Clan upgrades grants your Mystics a special ability. If you collect several different upgrades, each of your Mystics will posses all the abilities you accumulated, making them incredibly resourceful and strategic additions to your Clan!.

Review: The best expansion for the game - This adds an interesting aspect to the game in the form of new units that have a potential to have cumulative abilities. I will never play without it. It is for me now part if the base game, which was already awesome.
Review: Great addition to the game - I bought these, along with the God's of asgard. They are worth it just for expansion of the game but they are also good figures to paint. I really wanted to paint the gnome as papa smurf but I ended up just painting it normally.

A: Yes. The Mystics of Midgard comes with figures and cards for a 5 players game.

A: I do not have Gods of asgard, I didn't know it existed, so I can't say for sure.
I can vouch that mystics is super double plus fun, with interesting decisions to make.

Mystics are not guaranteed to be seen in every game, gods are.

**Q: Can I fit this in the base box, or will I need to buy a separate box organizer to fit everything in one?**
A: You can fit all the expansions into the base box easily. In fact, the expansions only come with a few cards and some minis. 90% of the cards you will throw away anyways because they're replicas in 5 other different languages.

**Q: Hi, what is the language of the cards?**
A: Its comes with 7 languages. So you get like 35 cards, but only 7 of the language you need. It had French, italian, spanish, english, german and 2 i can't remember. I ended up throwing all the ones not in english away.

The second best expansion. 5th player is the best. Mystics of Midgard creates some alternate routes to victory and has more options added into the game. New figures, etc. If you find the same strategy is being repeated in your play-throughs in the base game, get this.
