I came down with a very rare disease called Sucrase-Isomaltase Deficiency that made it impossible to eat almost everything for example: cereal, bread, pasta, fruit, oats, and anything else that contained sucrose sugar (table sugar), or contain Fructose (sugar from fruits). So I had to wait to get approved from my insurance company for a $2,600.00 per month drug that breaks down sugar. Well, Ensure contains sugar and I couldn't eat this ether, until I got approved for the medicine. So while the insurance company was waiting as long as it could to try and save money, I went from 170 pounds down to 113 pounds until it got approved. I was literally starving to death! If it wasn't for the help that I got from my Governor here in Florida to put some pressure on the very thoughtful and just wonderful to speak with insurance thieves, I probably would have starved to death. Insurance companies love to take your money, and try being 1 day late in a payment, and you will get a letter something like this "You have to 12:00 AM on (date) before your insurance will be canceled. I can't wait until we get a system in place where the insurance companies are ALL REPPLACED by a system where they don't have so much control. Anyway, after I FINALLY got the medicine, Sucraid, I was drinking 3 Ensures a day. it worked. I started gaining weight and started feeling A LOT BETTER. It is a horrible way to die, that is starving to death, and the people who are supposed to be on your side helping you, are trying to literally '''' get away with murder '''. The Ensure has all sorts of things in it that your body needs to LIVE. This stuff taste great! It is not like you are taking medicine, it is more like drinking a milkshake.
