Some little screws were missing but these were sent by the manufacturer within a couple of days. We recently had our downstairs cloakroom refurbished, and again bought the Croydex loo roll holder, which is fine.However the "FlexiFit Chester Towel Rail" that we bought is badly manufactured. When the bar is placed horizontally between the two ends, they are both several degrees off square, angling diagonally to an extent that is very very obvious to the human eye.
