I ordered from other people and never got them. This is the first guy to actually send them **Q: What is the expiration date?** A: I don't know packages specifically but mine were well in date with plenty of time of consumer **Q: Are these straws individually wrapped? Interested in passing them out for Halloween.** A: They are not individually wrapped **Q: What country is this made in?** A: To be honest with you, I never looked. I naturally assumed that it's KELLOGGs so they are made here in the USA. But you asked me to look and I did. Sadly, while they are distributed by KELLOGGs in Kentucky - they are made in Greece. They're still good and as I said in my review of them, I was a child of the 60's and brought up eating Cheerios. These didn't come out until the late 80's, early 90's. I was drinking coffee by then - I never saw these until recently. And I had to try them. They are good.
