Then found myself with a little soreness building up in my achilles tendons. I bought these to wear so things would heal up. Also purchased the Asics Gel-Muse Fit Training shoe for gym training and these to wear everyday for support. They are comfortable and quite stylish with gym clothes or jeans. Also, they are a little bit of a lighter color than depicted, as the other reviewers did say. But, I still like them. The fit is generous and comfy - and if you want to do zumba or something like that these shoes are adequate for those activities. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Fit! *by S***R on January 18, 2014* The Asics brand is the most comfortable I have ever found. It's wide enough in the toe box and narrow enough at the heel. The tie fit adjusts for individual foot shapes; for instance my left foot is wider than my right, and that is not a problem. I bought these specifically for Zumba. The pivot point works well, and these are light on the feet. I think they are cute and make your foot look small. I also find myself wearing them for errands and general casual wear with jeans because the gray ones I bought do NOT have mesh. That means they work in rain or a bit of snow. Many shoes with a similar design and purpose have so much mesh that your feet get wet just leaving the car to go into a building. I can wear them all day, even being on my feet most of the time. I thought it was a good value for the quality. ### ⭐⭐ Too large, uncomfortable *by I***S on July 12, 2014* These run a whole size too large. Also--and maybe it's just a manufacturer's defect--but one shoe is very stiff where the stitching runs across the base of my big toe. I got bruised after two days of wearing them and haven't worn them since. I thought about returning them but didn't want the hassle since I had worn them. Like I said, could have just been a defect.
