Unplug the receiver and plug it back in again. The LED indicator on the receiver will flash slowly, indicating that it is in pairing mode. 2. Press the selected OFF button once to unpair with the receiver. The receiver’s LED will flash quickly for 4 seconds. After this, the receiver will return back to pairing mode. 3. Unplug the receiver, or wait until the receiver’s LED stops flashing. 4. The receiver should now be unpaired with the selected buttons. **Q: After a power outage will outlet return to the state it was in (ON in my case) when the power returns?** A: NO.
