I originally bought one to try and wound up buying a second set. I don't know if it is the best, but it works. The keyboard rest is great. Perfect size for my standard keyboards, a little too long for my smaller portable keyboards. I think the mouse rest works better with a trackball/stationary mouse. When I use it with a regular mouse, it moves a bit and I have to keep lifting and adjusting the pad. The foam is alright. I would like it a bit more firm, but it works. I think it is worth it.
