They have a soft texture inside a chocolatey coating (think Three Musketeers candy bars) that is not fully candy-bar-like but pretty close. The taste is less caramel than I would expect and has more of a mocha type flavor to me but I really like it. Of the two flavors I have tried, this one (Caramel Fudge) is definitely the winner. Would definitely buy these again! ### ā­ New Recipe is NO LONGER GLUTEN FREE *by E***S on October 24, 2024* I used to purchase the OG bars regularly for my husband who has Celiac disease, and he absolutely loved them. We recently found out that the new formula is no longer gluten free. This is so disappointing - we can no longer purchase these and the shift in recipe was not well communicated other than "new and softer." Misfits created a base of trust in their ingredients, and then pulled the rug out from under folks with allergies.
